Where does fat go when you lose weight? Well scientists have known for a long time. Your body breaks it down into carbon dioxide and hydrogen. It leaves the body through exhaling and perspiration.
80% of fat leaves your body through exhaling carbon dioxide. And the other 20% leaves your body through sweat, tears, and urinating.
So you ask, can I lose weight just by breathing more? Answer is no. Fat will not leave the recesses of your body until it is metabolized. And the way it gets metabolize is through movement.
Once it has been metabolized then it will leave the body through sweat and breathing.
So what is the final scientific conclusion? If you want to lose weight, eat less, eat clean, and do aerobic exercise.
Aerobic exercise increases your breathing rate and causes you to perspire both of which combined with MOVING will cause you to lose fat.
So get movin!!! Get that heart rate up and keep it up for 30 minutes to an hour everyday. Move move move.
P.s. it's okay to eat sugar as long as right afterwards you do some aerobic exercise. If you eat sugar, and then just lay down or sit down, it will be turned into fat in pretty short order. But as long as you exercise shortly after you consume it ... it gets moved right out of the body. Dress Affordable items to wear for cocktail party that is not expensive
