Fan question:

I just had my first ultrasound for my second pregnancy, my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage on December 18th 2016. So I feel like I'm worried about everything this time. But every picture I've seen of a 7 week ultrasound, the little yolk sac is right next to the baby. They said the spot on the bottom was the yolk sac.
