How long does waxing last?
It depends on which growth stage your hair was in at the time of waxing.
Stage 1 the hair is healthy and growing strong and if waxed now the area will remain free for around 3-5 weeks, blood spotting may occur at this stage as the hair is connected to the blood supply
Stage 2..the hair is at the end of its growing cycle and if waxed out now the area will remain hair free for between 1 and a half to 3 weeks..
...
Stage 3..the hair is completely dead and isnt connected to the blood supply any more, this hair is ready to naturally fall out as it is pushed out by a new hair growing underneath, in this stage if waxed the hair can begin to grow back very soon, anything from as soon as a few days. There is no way for the therapist to determine the clients hair stage until the waxing has started. Everyone has a unique hair growth cycle taking different amounts of time.
