white spots on tonsils, painful, esp on swallow...and massively swollen / uncomfortable glands....pain spreading up to ears and around jaw...thick stiff neck feeling...

taken merc viv which has helped somewhat with throat, temporarily....
and aconite, yesterday which helped a lot with the really painful aching body, unable to move, pre sweats breaking phase (chose aconite mainly cos this hit me like a freight train completely out of the blue and suddenly) chiffon style items to wear for the maid of the brides
(stopped aconite tod ... ay)

taking vit c
using colloidal silver spray in throat
and black elderberry pastilles...
applying lavender EO

anything else I could try?
so keen to *not* have the tonsils get worse... (they're worse than yesterday)
